  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Fresh garlic is acceptable.
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder Enhances onion flavor.
  • 1 tsp Oregano Fresh oregano can be used for brightness.
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to personal preference.
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Adjust to personal taste.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C) and line a sturdy sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Slice the chicken breasts into ¼-inch strips and slice the bell peppers and onions similarly.
  • Spread the chicken and vegetables evenly on the prepared sheet pan.
  • Drizzle olive oil and lime juice over the mixture and sprinkle with the spice blend. Toss to coat.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through until chicken is fully cooked and veggies are tender.
  • For extra char, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end.
  • Warm tortillas briefly and fill them with the fajita mixture, adding desired toppings.
