  • 1 Ripe Avocado Choose avocados that yield slightly to squeeze for ripeness.
  • 2 pieces Flour Tortillas Warm tortillas in the microwave for a few seconds.

For the Filling

  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce Use any leafy variety, ensuring it's freshly shredded.
  • 1 medium Diced Tomatoes Opt for ripe tomatoes for best taste.
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Swap with Monterey Jack if preferred.

For Seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons Ranch Dressing or Favorite Dressing Customize with your favorite dressing.

Preparation

  • Prepare Ingredients: Cook and slice or shred the chicken, slice the avocado, and dice the tomatoes. Shred the lettuce if needed.
  • Warm Tortillas: Heat flour tortillas in the microwave for 10-15 seconds until warm and pliable.
  • Assemble Wraps: On each warm tortilla, layer shredded lettuce, cooked chicken, avocado slices, diced tomatoes, and sprinkle cheddar cheese.
  • Season and Dress: Sprinkle salt and pepper and drizzle your favorite dressing over the top.
  • Wrap Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom edge.
  • Serve: Place wraps seam-side down, slice diagonally, and enjoy!

Notes
