For the Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise Can swap with Greek yogurt for lighter option
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Lime juice is a fine substitute

For the Wrap

  • 4 large Flour Tortillas Can switch to whole wheat or spinach
  • 2 cups Romaine/Iceberg Lettuce Any leafy green can be substituted
  • 1 cup Tomato Feel free to switch with bell peppers or cucumbers
  • 1 small Red Onion Can use green onions for a milder taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour in the olive oil.
  • Season the chicken tenders with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Allow to rest for 2 minutes before slicing.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
  • Warm the tortillas briefly in the skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
  • Spread honey-mustard dressing on each tortilla. Layer on lettuce, sliced chicken, tomato, and red onion.
  • Drizzle additional honey-mustard dressing over the fillings.
  • Roll the tortillas tightly from the bottom up to seal in the fillings.
  • Slice each wrap in half and enjoy immediately.

Notes
