  • 2 medium Zucchini Choose medium-sized for the best crunch.
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil Olive oil works well too.
  • 1 tablespoon Dry Ranch Seasoning Substitute with Ranch dip mix if needed.

How to Make Air Fryer Zucchini Chips with Ranch

  • Start by using a mandoline to slice the zucchini into thin, uniform pieces, about 1/8 inch thick.
  • In a spacious bowl, combine zucchini slices, vegetable oil, and dry ranch seasoning. Stir until evenly coated.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange zucchini slices in a single layer in the basket.
  • Cook for 7-8 minutes until edges turn golden brown and crispy. Flip halfway through and air fry for another 7-8 minutes.
  • Once crispy, carefully remove the zucchini chips and place them on a cooling rack. Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.

Notes

Best served fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2-3 days. Best enjoyed with dips like hummus or guacamole.
