Ingredients

For the Filling

  • 1 pound Ribeye or Sirloin Beef Can substitute with chicken or turkey
  • 1 large Onion Sweet onions work best
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers Mix colors like green, red, or yellow
  • 8 ounces Provolone Cheese Mozzarella or cheddar can also be used

For the Sliders

  • 12 rolls King's Hawaiian Rolls Any slider roll works

For the Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Garlic Mayonnaise Mix mayonnaise with minced garlic

Instructions

Directions

  • Begin by thinly slicing your onions and bell peppers to ensure they cook evenly.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, add a splash of oil and sauté the onions and bell peppers until tender and slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the thinly sliced beef to the skillet, cooking it just until browned. Avoid overcrowding the pan.
  • Gently mix together the sautéed vegetables with the beef in the skillet. Layer the mixture into a baking dish.
  • Slice your King's Hawaiian rolls in half, spread garlic mayonnaise on the inside, layer beef mixture, and top with slices of provolone cheese.
  • Place the assembled sliders in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden brown.
  • After baking, remove the sliders from the oven and slice them to serve. Enjoy while hot!

Notes

Serve with crispy fries or a fresh garden salad for a complete meal.
