  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Freshly ground recommended

For Topping (Optional)

  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs Panko for extra crunch
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Optional for a dairy-free option

Preparation

  • Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together melted butter, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, lemon zest, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Add Shrimp: Toss the peeled and deveined shrimp in the mixture until coated.
  • Arrange in Dish: Transfer the shrimp mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  • Breadcrumb and Cheese Topping: If using, mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan in a bowl and sprinkle over the shrimp.
  • Bake: Place the dish in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until shrimp are pink and opaque and topping is golden brown.
  • Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and garnish with additional parsley. Serve immediately.
