Preparation Steps

  • Preheat Oven: Start by setting your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your muffin tin by greasing it or lining it with paper cups for easy removal.
  • Prepare Broccoli: Take fresh broccoli florets and chop them into small, bite-sized pieces.
  • Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, beat together the eggs and milk. Then, gently fold in the chopped broccoli and grated cheddar cheese.
  • Combine Mixtures: Pour the wet mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
  • Bake: Fill your muffin cups about two-thirds full with batter. Bake them for 20-25 minutes.
  • Serve: Let them cool slightly before serving.
