  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice Freshly squeezed preferred
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Sea salt or kosher salt recommended
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper Freshly cracked preferred

For the Garnish

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill Dried dill or parsley as substitute

Optional Additions

  • 1 cup Seasonal vegetables Asparagus or bell peppers recommended

How to Make Marry Me Salmon

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper; let sit for 5 minutes.
  • Place the fillets skin-side down on a lined baking sheet, ensuring equal spacing.
  • Brush the salmon with the marinade and sprinkle fresh dill on top.
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  • Allow to rest for a couple of minutes before serving hot.
  • Optional: Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon just before serving.

Notes

Use high-quality wild-caught salmon for best results. Marinade for at least 5 minutes to enhance flavors. Allow to rest for maximum juiciness before serving.
