For the Pork

  • 2 pounds Pork Tenderloins choose tenderloin over pork loin for best results.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  • Pat the pork tenderloins dry with paper towels and trim away any silver skin.
  • Rub the spice mixture all over the tenderloins.
  • Place the seasoned tenderloins in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake for 25-35 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
