Instructions

Preparing the Dish

  • Marinate the Beef: In a mixing bowl, combine the thinly sliced beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and vegetable oil. Allow it to marinate for 15-30 minutes to enhance the flavors and tenderness.
  • Prepare the Sauce: In another bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and ginger. Set this aside.
  • Cook the Noodles: Follow the package instructions to cook your noodles. Drain and toss with a bit of oil to prevent sticking.
  • Stir-Fry the Beef: Heat a skillet or wok with a splash of oil. Stir-fry the marinated beef for 2-3 minutes until browned. Set aside.
  • Stir-Fry the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add sliced bell pepper and broccoli. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender but crisp.
  • Combine: Return the beef to the skillet, pour in the prepared sauce, and cook for about 2 minutes until everything is heated and the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Serve: Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing gently until everything is coated in the sauce. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
