Ingredients
  

For the Stir Fry

  • 16 pieces Frozen Potstickers pork, chicken, or vegetable varieties
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil or sesame oil for extra flavor
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers any color
  • 1 cup Snap Peas or Snow Peas
  • 1 medium Carrot julienned
  • 2 stalks Green Onions sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger minced

For the Sauce

  • 1 ⁄4 cup Soy Sauce low sodium recommended
  • 2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or sugar (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mix with a tablespoon of water

Instructions
 

Cooking Steps

  • Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Carefully place frozen potstickers in a single layer in the hot skillet. Fry for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  • Add a splash of water to the skillet, cover immediately, and let potstickers steam for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  • Transfer cooked potstickers to a plate, keeping them warm.
  • In the same skillet, add more vegetable oil, followed by broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, and carrot. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in minced garlic and ginger; cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and cornstarch mixed with water.
  • Return potstickers to the skillet with sautéed vegetables.
  • Pour the sauce over the potstickers and vegetables, tossing gently to coat. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat with a splash of water to keep it moist.
