How to Make Strawberry Mousse

  • Prepare the Base: Take your cream cheese out and let it reach room temperature, or if you’re using coconut cream, ensure it’s thick and creamy.
  • Puree the Strawberries: Remove the stems from the strawberries and blend or mash them until you have a smooth puree.
  • Blend Ingredients Together: In a food processor or blender, combine the pureed strawberries, cream cheese (or coconut cream), yogurt, powdered sugar, and the optional vanilla bean paste. Blend until completely smooth.
