  • 4 cloves Garlic Cloves (minced) adjust to taste
  • 4 tbsp Butter (cut into pieces) optional for creaminess

For the Sandwiches

  • 4 pieces Sandwich Rolls or Buns gluten-free options available
  • Optional Toppings fresh veggies, sauces, etc.

Directions

  • Season the Chicken: Generously season your boneless skinless chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  • Prepare the Slow Cooker: Place the seasoned chicken breasts into the slow cooker.
  • Add Broth and Toppings: Pour chicken broth around the chicken, sprinkle minced garlic and grated Parmesan cheese on top, then add pieces of butter.
  • Cook the Chicken: Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Shred the Chicken: Once cooked, shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker using two forks.
