How to Make Crispy Baked Pork Chops

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Marinate the pork chops in a zip lock bag with extra-virgin olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  • Pat dry the pork chops using paper towels.
  • Coat the pork chops thoroughly with the panko bread crumbs and seasoning mix.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
