  • Gently fold in semi-sweet chocolate chips and toffee bits until evenly distributed.
  • Divide the dough into two logs about 2 inches in diameter. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the chilled dough logs into 1/2-inch thick rounds. Place them on a lined baking sheet, spaced apart, and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  • Allow them to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack. Optionally drizzle with melted caramel after baking.
