How to Make Smoked Salmon Tea Sandwiches

  • In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, chopped capers, fresh dill, black pepper, and salt.
  • Spread about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each slice of bread.
  • Place two pieces of smoked salmon on top of the spread on one slice of bread.
  • Top with another slice of bread, gently pressing down to secure the layers.
