How to Make Pizza Roses

  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it’s about 1/8 inch thick.
  • Slice the dough into long rectangular strips (about 2 inches wide).
  • Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on each strip, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, and place pepperoni on top.
  • Starting from one end, roll each strip into a rose shape and pinch the bottom.
  • Place the formed roses in a muffin tin and bake at 375°F for about 12-15 minutes.
  • Let the pizza roses cool slightly before serving, optionally garnish with fresh basil.
