How to Make No-Bake Nutella Oreo Cheesecake Jars

  • Prepare Crust: Blitz the 16 Oreos in a food processor until they form fine crumbs. Combine them with the melted butter until fully mixed. Set aside to firm up a little.
  • Make Cheesecake Filling: In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy—about 2-3 minutes.
  • Whip Cream: In a separate bowl, whisk the 2 cups of heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Add Nutella: Gently fold the Nutella into the cream cheese mixture. Avoid overmixing.
  • Assemble: In each jar, layer two tablespoons of the Oreo crumb mixture at the bottom, then pipe in the Nutella cheesecake filling right on top.
  • Prepare Topping: Whip the remaining 1 cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form. Pipe on top of the cheesecake jars and sprinkle with chopped chocolate.
  • Chill & Serve: Refrigerate the jars for up to 3 days; add toppings just before serving.

Notes
