For the Casserole

  • 8 slices Bacon Pre-cooked for convenience
  • 4 cups Cooked chicken Shredded rotisserie chicken recommended
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing Use a well-loved brand for best taste
  • 1/2 cup Shredded mozzarella Can substitute with other melting cheese
  • 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar Medium or sharp varieties recommended
  • 4 cups Broccoli florets Fresh or frozen

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (191°C).
  • If using frozen broccoli, thaw and squeeze out excess water. If using fresh, boil for 1-2 minutes until bright green, then drain.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, chopped pre-cooked bacon, prepared broccoli, minced garlic, ranch dressing, shredded mozzarella, and cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into a 9x13 inch casserole dish, smoothing the top. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!

Notes

Optional: Garnish with fresh parsley for added color and freshness.
