  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast shredded or diced
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese substitute with part-skim for a lighter option
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese substitute with any cheese of choice
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic adjust quantity based on preference
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese use plant-based for dairy-free
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley or substitute with other herbs
  • 1 tsp Salt adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Pepper adjust to taste

For Cooking the Wraps

  • 4 large Low-Carb Tortillas or collard greens for a lighter option
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil can be replaced with avocado oil

  • Preheat your skillet or grill pan over medium heat, then drizzle in some olive oil.
  • Combine the filling ingredients in a mixing bowl: shredded chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Divide the mixture evenly among the large low-carb tortillas and roll each one tightly to form wraps.
  • Cook the wraps seam-side down in the preheated skillet for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  • Serve hot by slicing each wrap in half and garnishing with extra parsley if desired.
