For the Chicken

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup whole pepperoncinis Adjust based on heat preference

For the Liquids

  • 1 cup chicken broth Low-sodium recommended
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini juice Modify to taste

For the Seasoning

  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix Do not dilute with water
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix Consider homemade as alternative

For Richness

  • 1/2 cup butter Can swap with non-dairy butter

Instructions
 

How to Make

  • Place chicken breasts in the Instant Pot.
  • Pour chicken broth and pepperoncini juice over the chicken.
  • Sprinkle dry ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix on top.
  • Arrange whole pepperoncinis around the chicken and add butter pieces on top.
  • Seal the Instant Pot lid and set it to MANUAL for 8 minutes.
  • Allow for a natural release for 5 minutes, then release any remaining steam.
  • Shred the chicken with two forks and mix it well with the gravy inside the pot.
