Cooking Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and toss with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  • Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized chunks, seasoning them generously with salt and black pepper.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the chicken and sauté until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, stirring constantly.
  • Pour in the chicken broth, heavy cream, honey, soy sauce, and crushed red pepper flakes. Stir and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, stirring to coat with the sauce.
  • Add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
  • Toss the cooked penne into the skillet, mixing well until every piece is coated with the sauce.
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan cheese. Serve hot and enjoy!
