Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together 4 large eggs, 2 cups of milk, 1 cup of heavy cream, 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt until combined.
  • Fold in 4 to 6 cups of cinnamon roll pieces until coated.
  • Pour the mixture into the baking dish, spreading evenly.
  • Let sit for about 10-15 minutes to allow soaking.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and set.
  • Check doneness with a knife; it should come out clean.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together 1 cup of powdered sugar, 2-3 tablespoons of milk, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract for the glaze.
  • Adjust glaze consistency with more milk if needed.
  • Drizzle glaze over warm pudding before serving.
