  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese room temperature for easier mixing
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese can use nutritional yeast for dairy-free
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil use high-quality extra virgin

How to Make Savory Herbed Spinach Dip

  • Begin by washing and thoroughly drying the baby spinach and fresh herbs. Peel the garlic cloves.
  • In a food processor, combine the spinach, parsley, chives, dill, and garlic. Pulse until coarsely chopped.
  • Add in the cream cheese, sour cream, sea salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Blend until creamy.
  • Incorporate the Parmesan cheese and olive oil into the mix. Blend until smooth yet retains some texture.
  • Sample your dip and adjust seasoning with extra salt, pepper, or lemon juice as needed.
  • Transfer the dip to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Just before serving, stir the dip gently, garnish with olive oil and fresh herbs.
  • Serve with pita chips, sliced baguette, or fresh vegetables.
