How to Make Creamy Chia Seed Pudding

  • In a medium bowl or jar, combine 1/4 cup chia seeds with 1 cup of milk, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir thoroughly until well combined.
  • Allow the mixture to sit for about 10 minutes to let the chia seeds swell.
  • After 10 minutes, give the mixture another gentle stir to break up any clumps of chia seeds.
  • Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, or overnight, to thicken.
  • Once set, scoop into serving bowls.
