How to Make Creamy Broccoli Cheese Casserole

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish generously with cooking spray or butter.
  • Blanch the broccoli florets in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then drain.
  • Transfer blanched broccoli to an ice bath, drain again, and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter until coated.
  • Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the casserole.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
