How to Make Irresistible Easy Grilled Cheese Burrito

  • In a skillet over medium heat, brown 1 pound of ground beef for 8–10 minutes until no longer pink. Drain excess grease, then add taco seasoning and a splash of water. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Heat 4 flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for about 20 seconds. Keeping them covered will help retain warmth.
  • Layer the cooked rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, sour cream, and chipotle sauce onto each tortilla. Sprinkle shredded cheeses on top before wrapping tightly.
  • In a skillet, heat butter or oil over medium heat. Grill the burritos seam-side down for approximately 3–4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and grill the other side for another 3–4 minutes.
  • Allow the burritos to cool for a minute before slicing them in half to reveal the melty insides. Serve with extra chipotle sauce or guacamole for dipping!
