Instructions

Directions

  • Prepare the Dough: In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, instant yeast, granulated sugar, and salt. In a separate bowl, mix warmed whole milk, unsalted butter, and eggs. Combine both mixtures, kneading for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Let rise in a greased bowl for 1 hour until doubled in size.
  • Create the Filling: In a mixing bowl, blend the Biscoff cookie butter, softened butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon together until smooth.
  • Assemble the Rolls: Roll the dough into a 16x12-inch rectangle. Evenly spread the filling over the surface. Roll the dough tightly, seal the seam, and cut into 12 thick pieces. Place them in a greased baking dish.
  • Second Rise: Cover the rolls with a cloth or plastic wrap and allow to rise in a warm area for 30-45 minutes, until puffy.
  • Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan.
  • Make Frosting: While the rolls cool, beat together cream cheese, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy. Adjust consistency with milk.
  • Serve: Drizzle or spread frosting over warm rolls and enjoy!
