Ingredients
  

For the Truffle Base

  • 8 oz White Chocolate Avoid chips for the best flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries Finely chopped.
  • 1/2 cup Pistachios Chopped; or substitute with almonds or walnuts.
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter Optional for extra silkiness.

For the Coating

  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar Dusting before serving.

Instructions
 

Making Truffles

  • In a heatproof bowl, melt the white chocolate using a double boiler or microwave at 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Once melted, stir in the heavy cream and vanilla extract. If using unsalted butter, add it now.
  • Gently fold in the finely chopped dried cranberries and pistachios until evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the truffle base to the refrigerator for 1–2 hours until firm but moldable.
  • Using a small scoop or spoon, portion out the mixture and roll it into bite-sized balls.
  • Just before serving, roll each truffle in powdered sugar.
  • Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

For an extra festive touch, garnish each truffle with crushed pistachios on top.
