  • Melt the White Chocolate: In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate chips using the same method as before. Add peppermint extract if desired.
  • Mix in Peppermint Candies: Fold in the crushed peppermint candies into the melted white chocolate.
  • Fill Chocolate Cups: Spoon the peppermint filling into each cup, filling 3/4 full.
  • Top with White Chocolate: Drizzle remaining melted white chocolate over the filling.
