  • 8 oz Fat-Free Cream Cheese Softened for easy mixing
  • 1 cup Non-Fat Vanilla Greek Yogurt Can substitute with low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Fresh vanilla beans can be used
  • 1/4 tsp Salt Balances sweetness
  • 1 cup Low-Fat Cool Whip Thawed before mixing

  • 12 oz Oreo Thins Crushed for the base

Preparation Steps

  • Place 12 paper cupcake liners into a muffin tin and add one Oreo Thin to each liner.
  • In a medium bowl, beat the softened fat-free cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
  • Add salt, vanilla extract, and non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt to the bowl, then mix until well combined.
  • Gently stir in crushed Oreo Thins until evenly distributed.
  • Carefully fold in the thawed low-fat Cool Whip until fully combined.
  • Evenly scoop the cream cheese mixture into the prepared cupcake liners and sprinkle crushed Oreo on top.
  • Place the muffin tin in the freezer and allow the bites to freeze for at least 3 hours.

Notes

Allow bites to sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving for optimal texture. Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
