  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for baking your cake roll.
  • Line a 15x10-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes. Mix in the oil, vanilla, vinegar, and red food coloring.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, avoiding overmixing.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cake springs back when lightly touched.
  • Let the cake cool for about 5 minutes, then roll it up with the parchment paper to prevent cracking.
  • In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and unsalted butter until smooth. Gradually mix in powdered sugar and vanilla, adding milk for desired consistency.
  • Unroll the cooled cake, spread with cream cheese filling, and roll tightly.
  • Chill the cake roll in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
