How to Make Creamy Cheesecake Crescent Rolls

  • Preheat the Oven: Start by setting your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup and crispy rolls.
  • Prepare Filling: In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and egg yolk (if using) until the mixture is smooth and creamy—this should take about 2-3 minutes.
  • Prepare Dough: Open the refrigerated crescent roll dough and carefully separate it into triangles.
  • Fill Rolls: At the wide end of each triangle, place a generous spoonful of the creamy cheesecake mixture.
  • Roll and Seal: Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle toward the point, sealing the edges tightly to enclose the filling securely.
