For the Bites

  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry Ensure it's fully thawed
  • 12 ounces Brie Cheese Can substitute with camembert or goat cheese
  • 6 teaspoons Cranberry Sauce Try adding orange zest for flavor
  • 1/2 cup Candied Pecans Optional, can substitute with walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary Use as garnish

How to Make Baked Brie Cranberry Bites

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  • Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 12 squares.
  • Press each square into the muffin cups to create pastry shells.
  • Place a cube of brie in the center of each pastry shell.
  • Add half a teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top of each brie cube.
  • Sprinkle some candied pecans over each pastry if desired.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Cool for a few minutes and garnish with fresh rosemary.

Notes

These bites can be served warm for the best flavor. They can also be frozen before baking for later use.
