Preparation

  • In a large bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, instant yeast, granulated sugar, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk warmed whole milk, melted unsalted butter, and large eggs.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients to form a soft dough.
  • Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it with a clean cloth. Let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together Biscoff cookie butter, softened butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
  • Roll the risen dough into a rectangle measuring approximately 16x12 inches. Spread the Biscoff filling evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
  • Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice it into 12 equal pieces.
  • Arrange the cut rolls in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and cover them to rise for another 30-45 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  • Drizzle or spread the cream cheese frosting over the warm rolls. Serve and enjoy!

Notes
