  • 8 oz Cool Whip or whipped cream

  • 1/2 cup Pecans optional

  • 1 box Vanilla Wafers/Graham Crackers

How to Make Caramel Apple Cheesecake Dip

  • In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, dark brown sugar, 1 cup caramel sauce, vanilla bean paste, and kosher salt together until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Gently fold in the Cool Whip until evenly mixed for a light and fluffy texture.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving dish, cover with plastic wrap, and chill for 1-2 hours to meld the flavors.
  • Just before serving, drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.

Notes
