Ingredients
  

For the Pasta

  • 8 ounces Spaghetti Can substitute with gluten-free pasta or zucchini noodles.

For the Shrimp

  • 1 pound Large Shrimp Peeled and deveined.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil Good quality is recommended.
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Use fresh garlic if available.

For the Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Full-fat mayo is best.
  • 1/4 cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha Adjust for spice level.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice Optional, fresh is best.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Optional, adjust to taste.

For the Garnish

  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions Chopped.
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley Optional, chopped.

Cooking Steps

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente, typically 8-10 minutes, then reserve ½ cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice (if using), and honey. Adjust the sriracha to suit your desired heat level!
  • Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the shrimp for about 2 minutes on each side, until they turn pink and opaque.
  • Reduce heat, add the drained pasta to the skillet, then pour in the prepared bang bang sauce. Toss everything together until the pasta is fully coated, using the reserved pasta water to adjust the sauce consistency if necessary.
  • Finish off by garnishing your dish with chopped green onions and parsley. Serve warm with extra sriracha or red pepper flakes on the side for those who crave more heat!

Notes
