  • 4 large Flour Tortillas Gluten-free tortillas can be used.

  • Preheat the oven according to the tater tots’ package instructions. Bake them until golden and crispy, about 20 minutes.
  • Brown your choice of ground beef in a medium skillet over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper, and drain excess grease.
  • Combine the browned meat with slightly crushed tater tots, cheddar, and Monterey Jack cheese in a large bowl.
  • Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave for about 30 seconds to soften them.
  • Spoon the cheesy mixture into each tortilla, adding chipotle sauce and sour cream. Fold and roll tightly.
  • Arrange the burritos seam-side down in a baking dish. Top with additional shredded cheese.
  • Bake the burritos until the cheese melts and lightly browns, roughly 10-15 minutes.
