  • 1 teaspoon Salt Essential for enhancing flavors.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Adjust according to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh garlic can also be used.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme Try fresh thyme if available.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Substitute with preferred vegetable oil.
  • 2 cups Diced Winter Vegetables Options like sweet potatoes, butternut squash, or kale.
  • 1 cup Diced Onion Use yellow or red onions based on your taste.
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper Any color will do.
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Optional for creaminess.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and thyme. Whisk until smooth.
  • Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  • Add diced onion and bell peppers. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  • Toss in diced winter vegetables, cooking for another 5-7 minutes until tender.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed vegetables and stir lightly.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese on top before cooking it on the stovetop.
  • Cook on the stovetop for 2-3 minutes until edges begin to set.
  • Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until center is set.
  • Let the frittata cool for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Serve with fresh herbs or avocado slices.
  • Slice, serve warm, and enjoy!
