Ingredients
  

For the Dough

  • 1 package Croissant Dough Pre-made or homemade
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Melted

For the Nut Filling

  • 1 cup Chopped Nuts (Walnuts, Pistachios, Almonds) Mix and match your choice
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon Optional

For the Honey Syrup

  • 1/2 cup Honey For sweetness
  • 1/4 cup Water Filtered

Instructions
 

Making the Croissant Rolls

  • Roll out your croissant dough evenly on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
  • Chop your choice of nuts and mix them in a bowl with ground cinnamon. Drizzle in honey to bind.
  • Spoon the nut mixture along one long edge of the rolled dough and tightly roll it to form a log.
  • Cut the log into equal pieces, about 2 inches wide, and place on a lined baking sheet.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Prepare the honey syrup by heating honey and water until combined. Pour it warm over the croissants immediately after baking.
  • Let the croissants cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Top with crushed pistachios for an extra crunch if desired. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
