  • Line a baking sheet or shallow tray with parchment paper.

  • Fold in dark chocolate chips or chopped nuts gently until evenly distributed.
  • Use a tablespoon or small cookie scoop to drop mounds of the mixture onto the prepared tray.
  • Pop the tray into the freezer for 1-2 hours until firm.
  • Transfer the bites to a freezer-safe container, layering with parchment sheets to keep them separated.

Notes
