For the Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce Low-sodium recommended
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup Adds sweetness
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce Use sparingly

For Garnishing

  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil Drizzle on top

How to Make Yakisoba

  • Start by washing and finely chopping the cabbage, carrots, and bell peppers into thin strips.
  • In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  • Add the chopped vegetables to the pan and sauté for 3-5 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  • Introduce the pre-cooked yakisoba noodles to the skillet, gently separating them with a spatula.
  • In a bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, and 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce. Pour this over the noodles and veggies, stirring to coat evenly.
  • Stir until all ingredients are heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Plate the yakisoba hot, sprinkle with chopped green onions for garnish, and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Optional: Serve with pickled ginger or seaweed flakes for extra flavor.
