For the Chicken

  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs Juicy and tender

For the Green Beans

  • 1 pound Green Beans Trimmed

For the Sauce

  • 4 tablespoons Butter May substitute with olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic Fresh minced
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Fresh is best
  • 1 cup Chicken Stock Vegetable stock can be used

For Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Adjust to taste
  • to taste Salt & Pepper Essential for seasoning
  • to taste Chili Pepper Flakes (Optional) Adjust to spice preference

For Garnish

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped

Cooking Instructions

  • Pat dry chicken thighs with paper towels, season with onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Place trimmed green beans in a microwave-safe dish with a splash of water, microwave for 8-10 minutes.
  • In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-low heat until bubbly.
  • Add seasoned chicken thighs skin-side down, cook for 5-6 minutes until crispy, flip and cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Add remaining butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chili flakes, and pre-cooked green beans to the skillet, sauté for 4-5 minutes.
  • Pour in lemon juice and chicken stock, mixing well, let sauce reduce slightly.
  • Return chicken to skillet, allow to reheat in sauce for a minute.
  • Plate warm, garnishing with extra chili flakes, parsley, and lemon slices.

Notes

Use fresh garlic and real butter for best flavor. Monitor skillet temperature to prevent burning. Rest dish after cooking for flavors to meld.
