  • Fold in Flavoring: Gently fold in vanilla extract and sifted powdered sugar without deflating the egg whites.
  • Pipe Shapes: Transfer meringue into a piping bag and pipe ghost shapes on parchment-lined baking sheets.
  • Bake: Bake for 1 to 1.5 hours until dry and crisp. Let cool in the oven.
  • Decorate: After cooling, add mini chocolate chips for eyes.
