How to Make Pepper Steak

  • Start by thinly slicing the ribeye steak, green bell peppers, and onions.
  • Preheat your heavy-bottom skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the sliced steak to the hot skillet, sear it until browned, approximately 3-4 minutes, and then remove it from the skillet.
  • In the same skillet, toss in the sliced onions and peppers. Sauté them for about 5 minutes until they are softened.
  • Stir in the tomato paste, beef stock, smoked paprika, and sweet paprika, then add the seared beef back.
  • Let the mixture simmer for about 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Spoon your pepper steak over fluffy white rice and enjoy!

Notes
