  • 4 small Radishes Contributes peppery crunch.

For Serving (optional)

  • 1 whole Fresh Avocado Season with salt and pepper.

Preparation Steps

  • Marinate the Shrimp: In a bowl, mix fresh shrimp with lime juice and salt. Let it marinate for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Soak the Onion: While the shrimp marinates, soak the sliced red onion in a mixture of white vinegar and water for about 30 minutes.
  • Make the Marinade: In a blender, combine the reserved lime juice, soy sauce, minced garlic, fresh cilantro, jalapeño, serrano, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
  • Combine Ingredients: Mix the shrimp with the remaining lime juice. Pour the prepared marinade over the shrimp and fold in the drained onions, cucumber, radishes, and more cilantro. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
  • Serve and Garnish: Sprinkle with chili flakes and finish with more fresh cilantro before serving.
