How to Make Air Fryer Artichoke Hearts

  • Drain the canned artichoke hearts and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • Dip each dried artichoke heart into the beaten egg, allowing the excess to drip off.
  • Coat them with a mixture of panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, and your chosen seasonings.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F. Lay the coated artichokes in a single layer in the basket.
  • Air fry for 10-15 minutes until they turn golden brown and crispy.
  • Carefully remove the artichoke hearts and garnish with fresh lemon zest and parsley.

Notes

For extra crunch, dip the artichokes in egg and breadcrumbs twice before air frying. Check around the 10-minute mark to prevent overcooking.
