For the Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons Honey Natural sweetener for the dressing; agave syrup can be used as a vegan alternative.

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice Enhances flavor and prevents browning; equal parts can be substituted.

Instructions

How to Make Winter Fruit Salad

  • Prepare the Fruit: Start by peeling and separating clementines into segments. Core and slice the pears and apples into bite-sized pieces. Carefully remove the pomegranate arils and peel and slice the kiwis—each fruit takes less than 10 minutes!
  • Make the Dressing: In a cup, whisk together honey, fresh lime juice, and lemon juice until smooth. If your honey is thick, gently warm it in the microwave for about 10 seconds to achieve a drizzling consistency.
  • Combine: In a large mixing bowl, add all the prepared fruits and drizzle the honey-citrus dressing over them. Toss gently to coat everything without bruising the delicate fruits—this is where the magic happens!
  • Serve or Chill: Enjoy your beautiful salad immediately, or cover it and refrigerate for up to 4-6 hours to serve at a later time while keeping it fresh.

Notes

Consider adding a sprinkle of chopped mint for an extra refreshing touch. Always taste your fruits before adding the dressing to adjust sweetness and ensure a perfectly balanced flavor.
